Congratulations to our Executive Director Michael Troy who is an Executive Captain in the East Meadow Fire Department. Michael, along with team members NYPD Special Operations Officer Benjamin Reiver and NYPD K-9 Officer/Ex-Captain Robert Schmidt, completed the NYC Firefighter Memorial Stair Climb on July 1, 2018 at Tower 3 of the World Trade Center. On that day the temperature reached 96 degrees. They all completed the climb of 80 flights and raised $952 towards cancer support and research. We are so proud of these heroes! Never forget!!
